ADU MODEL XL-1

Our Model XL-1 is certainly not what you would call a ‘tiny house’. At 1,200 SF, Model XL-1 is the largest ADU allowable under California State law. This spacious two bedroom, two bath ADU is packed with every amenity you could hope for: an en-suite bath at the primary bedroom, a full-size washer/dryer, a kitchen island with bar seating, a dining area with optional wet bar, and even an outdoor storage closet. You might just fall in love with this ‘not-so-tiny’ home and choose to rent out your primary house instead!
ADU MODEL L-1
1,000 SF | 2 BEDROOM, 1 BATH
Of course we love all of our ADU models equally (but if we’re being honest, Model L-1 is our favorite…). Offering a roomy layout and packed with clever storage, this 1,000 SF two bedroom, one bath ADU packs a punch… The reduced footprint of Model L-1 requires just 50’-0” of depth between your existing home and your rear property line. Like Model XL-1, vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows over the Kitchen flood the interior with north-facing natural light. Choose from a range of materials to make it your own.
ADU MODEL M-1
900 SF | 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH
If you are looking to balance comfort with cost-effectiveness, then look no further than Model M-1. This 900 SF one bedroom, one bath ADU feels more like a spacious beach bungalow than a humble cabin. Model M-1 prides itself on living larger than its footprint might suggest. In lieu of a second bedroom, Model M-1 features a generously-sized home office with an optional skylight. Perfectly-sized for couples, an early-riser can get their day started at sunrise without preventing their night-owl partner from hitting ‘snooze’…
ADU MODEL S-1
675 SF | 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH
Believe it or not, our 675 SF Model S-1 includes all of the amenities of Model M-1, within a 25% smaller footprint. You’ll get the same private bedroom and dedicated office space, and we can even plumb the outdoor storage closet to install a washer/dryer. If you’re looking for more ‘bang for your buck’ Model S-1 is the ADU for you. It requires only 42’-0” between your existing house and your rear property line, making this ADU a ‘go-to’ solution for virtually any lot.
ADU MODEL XS-1
450 SF | STUDIO, 1 BATH
This cute little ‘Studio’ apartment is just 450 SF but its loft-like interior feels twice as large! Whereas the living rooms of our competitors’ ADUs feel like after-thoughts, Model XS-1 features a roomy living room that is fit for entertaining. The adjacent sleeping nook is spacious enough for a queen-sized bed. Upgrade to a ‘Murphy bed’ for even more space. This ADU is perfect for a recent college graduate or for hosting those guests that would feel a bit more comfortable in their own private quarters.
